The overall ambiance, as noted by Rupjyoti Das and Stefano Pollice, creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for casual dinners or pre-movie outings.
However, there are a few points to note. Some diners have remarked on the prices being slightly on the higher side, particularly for lunch and breakfast items. While the quality is undeniably high, the quantity served could be reassessed, as highlighted by Navin Kumar Sharma. Moreover, cleanliness in restrooms has also received feedback, and these areas warrant attention for an enhanced dining experience.
In short, Bhartiya Jalpan is a delightful vegetarian restaurant, ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With a medley of mouthwatering options, exceptional service, and an inviting setup, it's a place worth visiting. Whether you dine in or opt for takeaway, your palate will thank you!
“ The sweets here is Great in most shops the sweets is too sweet(too much sugar) or not fresh but here the sugar is very well balanced you will find balanced sweetness in all sweets I posted half eaten pics cause the taste was too good Taste or snaks and starter like kachori or samosa is decent But if u want to eat something else the taste is average like chole bhature and puri sabji like breakfast and lunch items Price may be a little higher compared to other shop but it's totally worth it for sweets and decent for starter but for lunch and breakfast it might be a little high ”
“ The location is in heart of the city .. but parking is far away. Food is good . Ambiance is fine . But mosquito near the sofa seats. Toilet is not that clean . A bit costly . overall it’s good place but expensive . ”
“ Everything was excellent – from the delicious food to the pleasant ambience. The service was top-notch, and a special mention to Ram Prakash for his kind and attentive service, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! And dahi poori is a must try ”
“ It has been a good experience. The interior is very beautiful. You have many options of food and also the opportunity to buy some sweets cakes and so on. I had nice dinner here. There is table service and it is very kind available and efficcient. It is located just outside ncs. The right place therefore if you want to have a walk before the shops or watch a movie in the late night after dinner ”
“ Nice vegetarian restaurant just adjacent to the entrance of the City Centre Mall, featuring great decor and ambience. I had visited with my family members and felt right at home. The food items and sweets are of high quality and good taste. Good for breakfast, lunch, brunch & dinner. Takeaway is available. Service is good and prompt, while attendants are well mannered and polite. However, a point of concern is the insufficient and inadequate quantity of food served in comparison to the price charged. The restaurant authorities need to look into this. The other problem is the dirty washroom. Never expected this from such a reputed restaurant. I hope these minor but important issues are taken care of in the future. Besides cash Digital payments are accepted. Overall a good restaurant recommended for a delightful dining experience. ”
“ We visited this restaurant for the second time and were pleased with the taste of their dishes. The Chole Bhature was absolutely delicious, and the Paneer Chole Bhature was also good. The mirchi ka achar they served was a highlight, adding a nice kick to the meal. Some Petis we had were okay, but the shikanji was refreshing. However, the service was a letdown. While the self-service model is straightforward (order and pay at the counter), the waiters seemed clueless, which took away from the overall experience. Despite the service issues, the food is good enough for us to consider coming back. If they can work on training their staff, it would elevate the experience significantly. For now, it's a solid choice for tasty North Indian fare. Recommended dishes: Chole Bhature, Paneer Paratha, Matar Poori, Ghee Jalebi. ”
